DBS is a family company—Inspired by the vision of founder David Bela Salomon and committed to fulfilling his legacy. For nearly 60 years, and over three generations, DBS has been dreaming, building and managing quality homes for residents across the GTA.

David Bela Salomon was an inspiration. He was an imposing figure and a man of virtue and values that built this company from the ground up, with a firm conviction that every person deserved the dignity of a beautiful place to call home. That legacy drives everything we do, now and into the future. Without it, there would be no DBS.

Because we have our hand in every single stage of the complicated development process, we are able to ensure that our values as a company (and a family) are instilled in every single thing we do.

DBS’ on-site management team is an integral part of each community. We take great pride in our professional level of customer service. Live-in maintenance specialists are available 24/7 for emergencies, and our Property Managers and Resident Experience Coordinators know each of their residents by name.

Strybos Barron King Ltd. is an award winning Landscape Architectural firm which has successfully completed over 5000 development projects in Ontario. With over 35 years in business, we are experienced in navigating approval processes in producing landscapes that are both innovative in design and practical in implementation.
SBK offers a wide range of services including creative landscape design solutions, development process

coordination, expert contract administration, and consulting arboriculture. The diverse and experienced team, owned by partners Mathieu Strybos, Bryn Barron and Alistair Johnston, is organized to facilitate a wide range of public and private sector projects, including institutional, mixed-use high-rise developments, residential subdivisions, commercial and medium density developments, executive homes, and municipal projects.

Established in 1997, Alexandros has been a staple in the Danforth community and has maintained its commitment to quality ingredients and skillful recipes despite being less conventional and typical to most Toronto Greek food.
